Accessory makers find themselves racing to catch up with the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus that Apple released a few weeks ago. The latest is Olloclip, which makes sweet clip-on glass lenses that enhance the iPhone's impressive camera.

Olloclip plans three lens sets for the new phones. The lens sets feature the new Connect Lens system, which is designed to make it easier to swap out the various lenses. The new system also makes Olloclip lenses more adaptable to iPhone screen protectors up to 0.5mm thick. Just simply click on the focal piece on top of the phone and the lens will align directly with your iPhone's camera. Along with the lenses, Olloclip has a new Wearable Pendant Stand, a tripod that is small enough to fit in your pocket.

The first of the new sets, Core, includes all the basics for mobile iPhone photography. The Core set comes with a fisheye lens, an ultra-wide-angle lens, and a macro lens for those close-up shots. The fisheye lens gives you perspective from a fishbowl with a 180-degree hemisphere-like view. The macro lens zooms in 15x, giving you a super-close shot without losing focus. The super-wide can be used for landscape shots, or even just for better selfies. The whole pack costs $100.

Adventure Time

Something that might be good for your next spontaneous vacation or cross-country road trip is Olloclip's new Active lens set. This is a two-lens pack made for action shots that are either farther or closer, whatever you choose. The 155-degree ultra-wide angle lens is perfect for those sweeping vistas. It's also very close to the same lens you'll find on a GoPro or other action camera, so it'll mimic that "action shot" look. The other lens in the kit is a premium 2x telephoto. It transforms the iPhone's camera into something closer to a portrait lens, giving you a beautiful, professional-looking frame. Also, since it does enlarge the image, it brings you closer to the action you're shooting. This kit is a little pricer because of the better lens quality; it costs $120.

Really Close. No, Closer

The Macro Pro Lens set is a kit that comes with three lenses. They zoom in at 7x, 14x, and a whopping 21x. Any one of them will let you capture clear pictures of tiny objects like flowers or insects. Snap that 21x onto the top of your phone, and the patch of moss on the rock in your front yard turns into a rainforest of towering alien flora. $80

We've used and loved Olloclip lenses in the past. They really supercharge your iPhone's photo capabilities. All three of the new lens sets for iPhone 7 are available for pre-order and will ship around November. Then you can start photographing more of your world.
