Apple is planning a second flagship retail store in Mexico City, claims a new report.

The retail store will reportedly feature a design reminiscent of Apple’s World Trade Center location in New York City, and be around twice the size of Apple’s current Mexico City store, which is located in the Centro Santa Fe mall.

Apple opened its World Trade Center retail store last August, having been in negotiations to do so as far back as late 2013. In keeping with the Apple store redesign that has taken place under the guidance of Angela Ahrendts and Joy Ive, it boasts wooden cabinetry and display tables, a massive 37-foot TV screen, and high illuminated ceilings.

The new Mexico City store is set to be located in a large retail space in Antara Fashion Hall, most recently occupied by Crate & Barrel. The location opened back in 2006, and occupies more than half a million square feet across three floors. It is located within walking distance of the high-end, luxury shopping district Avenida Presidente Masaryk.

There’s no word on when it might open, but Apple has reportedly experienced “unusually high” consumer sales and enterprise services revenue from its first Mexico City Apple store — thereby making a follow-up a natural move.
