Apple’s next Annual Meeting of Shareholders will take place on Tuesday, February 2018 at the Steve Jobs Theater at the Apple Park Campus.

Due to limited seating in the venue, Apple has asked shareholders to register in advance of the meeting should they wish to attend. “We anticipate there may be more shareholders who would like to attend than we have seats to accommodate,” Apple notes.

As a qualification to attend the Annual Meeting of Shareholders, you must have held AAPL shares as of December 15, 2017.

The Steve Jobs Theater was last used by Apple for its iPhone X unveiling back in September. An impressive subterranean theater, attendees descend to the venue via a spiral staircase or using two custom elevators. The theater also sports a retracting wall, which can open to reveal a hidden product testing area. The leather seats in the building reportedly cost Apple $14,000 apiece.

Apple’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders are typically not overly noteworthy, even if next year’s event is likely to be an upbeat occasion as Apple continues its march toward a $1 trillion valuation.

Recently, the company pushed back against hearing four activist shareholder proposals at the meeting, although an official verdict has yet to be reached.
