Microsoft removes document detailing limitations of Windows 10 on ARM

We wrote yesterday on how Windows 10 on ARM is shaping up to be a more advanced version of Windows RT, suitable only for light use due to limitations such as no hypervisor, no 64-bit x86 apps, no shell extensions such as Google Drive or Dropbox unless customized by those companies and more.

These limitations to the platform were revealed by a document Microsoft published aimed at developers.

Today that document appears to have been removed from Microsoft servers, and a search for phrases such as “The Windows Hypervisor Platform is not supported on ARM.” only brings up cached versions of the document.

Microsoft has made much of Windows 10 on ARM being full Windows. It appears they are not quite ready yet to give up that illusion.
