The official Apple Support app for iOS has expanded its reach to 20 new countries and regions.
Free to download, the app provides users with technical support for Mac, iOS, and other Apple devices. It also provides the option to call, chat, or email an Apple Support representative.
The Apple Support app made its debut in November 2016, making it easier than ever for iOS users to obtain help for device issues.
Apple Support app expands its reach
After logging in with an Apple ID, the app shows all the hardware connected to your Apple account and a wide range of help topics for each one. If you’re unable to solve your problem using Apple’s guides, you can contact a support representative, schedule a Genius Bar appointment, or book your device in for repair.
There’s also a useful Discover section that offers quick tips and guides for things like making the most of the Files app, activating the Magnifier feature, and using Face ID.
Thanks to its latest update, the Apple Support app is available in 20 new countries, and there is now language assistance for Czech, Danish, Finnish, Hungarian, Indonesian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, and Russian.
