After much anticipation, Apple unveiled its latest gadget Wednesday: The next generation of the iPad. Apple's latest model of its version of the tablet is outfitted with an HD display, a better camera and 4G wireless, reports CNN. The starting price remains $499.

This is the first major product launch since the passing of Apple co-founder Steve Jobs.

In his autobiography, author Walter Isaacson provides and inside look at the professional and personal live of Jobs. Our friends at Simon & Schuster, publisher of the book, recently interviewed Isaacson and kindly shared the video with us to share with The Daily Ticker viewers exclusively.

In the accompanying video, you'll hear about Jobs' "passion for perfect products," his leadership style and how he drove people to do things they thought they were impossible.

For more from Isaacson, see our other exclusive interviews with him last year.
