Apple has released updates to its Logic Pro and Logic Express music editing software today, improving the stability of both applications and addressing minor issues that may have plagued some users in the previous release. The version 9.1.7 updates are available to download now from the Mac App Store, or via Software Update.

About Logic Pro 9.1.7

This update improves overall stability and addresses some minor issues including:

  • Resolves several issues related to the download and installation of content
  • Updates compatibility with GarageBand for iOS projects
  • Fixes a problem that produced an error message when editing fades on numerous regions

About Logic Express 9.1.7

This update improves overall stability and addresses some minor issues including the following:

  • Updates compatibility with GarageBand for iOS projects
  • Fixes a problem that produced an error message when editing fades on numerous regions

These updates are recommended for all users running either Logic Pro or Logic Express version 9.
