Adobe announced the immediate availability of Adobe Reader 10.2 for iOS on Tuesday. The update for the PDF reader app added support for adding and reading annotations, and for adding digital signatures to documents.

The new annotation features support highlighting and underlining text, text strike through, and adding notes. Version 10.2 also added support for Adobe EchoSign which lets users send PDF documents to other people for electronic signatures.

Adobe Reader 10.2 is free and is available at Apple’s iTunes-based App Store.
