The Lenovo ThinkCentre M92p Tiny is a 1-liter mini PC for the corporate user. It may look like a server-based thin client, but it's really a fully featured PC with an Intel Core i5 mobile processor, integrated graphics, and a real hard drive or SSD.

The ThinkCentre M92p Tiny is meant for the space-constrained workspace like the ones housing kiosk and datacenter users. It's not a nettop, but it will fit in your organization as a more powerful system with multiple-monitor support built in. Think of it as a full-featured business PC in the space you would've put a thin-client or other server-based terminal.

The system isn't quite as cute as the , but it is very compact. The metal chassis is designed to take a bit of abuse in public environments, and the system can be mounted to the back of monitors or under a desk using a custom VESA mount. A combination VESA mount/optical drive can be installed for use in businesses that still deal with DVDs and CDs. Even with the optical mount, the system is dwarfed by Lenovo's previous USFF (ultra small form factor) systems. Since the system is a ThinkCentre M92p, it shares drive imaging (drivers and OS builds) with the other ThinkCentre M92p systems. This will please your IT folks.

The system is Intel VPro certified, so it will work with your organization's asset management system, and it meets Energy Star criteria. With dual DisplayPort adapters, the M92p Tiny will support up to four separate monitors simultaneously. With that many displays, your workers can be that much more productive and monitor many more processes than users of single or dual monitors. Even though this system is powerful, it is still quiet: you'll have to hold your head next to the chassis to hear the cooling fans.
