Mac users will probably agree that Fantastical is one of the best apps on the Mac. In fact, I know a few Windows users who envy this feature. Of course, Windows users have Outlook, but it’s kinda robust and old. Fantastical on the other hand, is handy and it can manage your schedules and appointments in a breeze. I’m no Mac fan, but I got to admit that I really wanted an app like this for Windows. Today, the developers of Fantastical, Flexibits, has announced that the app has just been updated to version 1.3. Mac users will be happy to know that Fantastical now has Reminders integration.

This will allow Mac users to add and edit reminders, and have them synced via iCloud to iOS devices. Similar to adding events on the app, reminders can also be added using “natural language”. The app has the capability to interpret time and date information each time a user enters a reminder from the menubar. “Our biggest feature request from our users was support for iCal and iOS reminders. With Fantastical 1.3, users can now enter events and reminders in natural language,” Flexibits co-Founder Michael Simmons said. Fantastical for Mac is now available for $19.99 via the Mac App Store.
