Lift For iPhone Lets You Keep Track Of Certain Habits And Make Progress On Them

At one point in time, I am pretty sure that we have all been guilty of some kind of procrastination or complacency when it comes to just biting the bullet and getting things done. We all have things we need to do, goals we want to achieve and aspects of our lives that we would like to improve upon, whether that be in a personal or professional capacity. Some individuals are born with the required amount of grit, determination and motivation to succeed, whereas others sometimes need a little help in planning things that will ultimately make their lives that little bit better.

It shouldn’t come as a surprise that in this advanced and connected world there is an app to help us with things like this, with the Lift iOS app coming courtesy of Life Worldwide Inc. The purpose of Lift is to help users overcome bouts of complacency by allowing them specify habit goals and get a visual, real-time indication of when any progress is actually being made on those goals. The app also follows the currently encouraged trend of implementing social networking features by allowing friends and peers to connect to your goals to provide support and encouragement.

The developers of the app believe that the key to success and achieving the goals and habits that we set ourselves is to check-in at the relevant time and record information pertaining to the things that we are looking to achieve. Having that little extra kick and injection of motivation as well as a tangible place to go to check how things are going should provide that little bit extra that some of us need to achieve or the things we want.

The app itself offers users the ability to store and track an unlimited number of habits as well as being able to check into those saved habits and view weekly or monthly reports to track progress. Notation taking allows an almost journal-like experience as well as being able to interact with and support those who have the same goals. With a rather gorgeous interface and a unique concept, the Lift app is definitely worth checking out.
