HP’s DesignJet large-format printers are popular among architects, engineers and design professionals everywhere. Yet the company has stiff competition from Epson, Canon and others. Judged a Runner-Up for Architosh’s AIA BEST of SHOW awards at AIA 2012, HP’s ePrint & Share technology for iOS in particular puts the power of the cloud and the tablet into the hands of AEC professions in powerful ways enabling access to your drawings from remote locations and remote printing.

“The economic environment has increased the number of freelancers and small studios, shortened project turnaround times and required AEC workers to be highly mobile, spending more than 50 percent of their time out of the office.” said Santiago Morera, VP and General Manager, Large-format Printing Business, HP. “The expanded HP DesignJet portfolio helps our customers stay connected where the job takes them and allows first-time, large-format buyers to easily and affordably bring their printing needs in house.”
