Microsoft Offers Xbox, Surface Bundles for Black Friday

Microsoft has a variety of deals on offer via Microsoftstore.com today, from Windows-based laptops and Xbox bundles to software and accessories for its new Surface tablet.

Black Friday is finally upon us, but if you don't feel like battling the lines and crowds, many retailers are offering online deals - including Microsoft.

Redmond has a variety of deals on offer via Microsoftstore.com today, from Windows-based laptops and Xbox bundles to software and accessories for its new .

Customers who buy a 32GB or 64GB Surface tablet with the Black Touch Cover ($599 or $699, respectively) will get $50 off a second Surface (usually $119.99) or (normally $129.99) until Nov. 25.

On the PC front, Microsoft is selling a for $599, a $250 discount, until tomorrow. The is $1,099, or $100 off. That deal runs until Nov. 26 and is an online-only offer.

A Windows 7-based HP Pavilion dv6 is $499, or $200 off, until Nov. 26. Microsoft is also offering up to 50 percent off select Windows 7 PCs, starting at $299.

If you're in the market for some gaming-related gifts, Microsoft is taking $50 off the 4GB Xbox 360 console, discounting it to $149. A 4GB Xbox 360 with the Kinect sensor and the Sports Xbox 360 and Joy Ride Xbox 360 games will be $199, or $100 off. A similar bundle with the Kinect Disneyland Adventures game, or one with Dance Central, is also $199.

A 4GB Xbox 360 console, Kinect Sensor, Kinect Sports and Kinect Joy Ride games, and a 32GB Xbox 360 Media Hard Drive is $299. A bundle with the 250GB Xbox 360 console and the Forza Motorsport 4 and Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary games is $199. Shoppers can also get a three-month Xbox Live Gold membership for $10.99, or $14 off.

All these Xbox deals are good until Nov. 24, though Microsoft is offering up to $45 off select Xbox games until Nov. 26. There are also a number of deals via Xbox Live Marketplace.

Microsoft is also offering 10 percent off Beats by Dr. Dre products, starting at $179.95.

Software is also getting a $25-50 discount, including Office Home and Student ($99), Office for Mac Home and Student ($99), Streets and Trips 2013 ($14.95), Streets and Trips with GPS ($44.95), and AutoRoute ($14.95).
