Mr. Ludke, who was the speaker of the management board, was dismissed with immediate effect.

Furthermore the board resolved to terminate the service agreement with Mr. Ludke with immediate effect; the duration of the agreement would have ran through 31 Dec 2014.

Nemetschek Scia News – Award Winner

In Brief: The Nemetschek Engineering Group has announced that a team using Scia Engineer software, team “BIM Unlimited,” was granted the “Best Use of BIM for Technical Assessment” award at Build Qatar Live 2012, the first Open BIM design competition held in Qatar. Earlier Architosh covered the news of team “BIM Unlimited” in the live event.

“This event showcased the latest collaboration model-based workflows, and demonstrated how using Open Standards like IFC allows structural and civil engineers to easily plug analysis and design into today’s BIM process, no matter what software others on the design team are using,” says Dan Monaghan, US Manager, Nemetschek Scia.
