In addition to introducing several new iPhone models today – the iPhone 5S and the multi-colored iPhone 5C – Apple also unveiled two new docks to compliment the new handsets.

There's a dock for the iPhone 5S as well as the older iPhone 5, and a specific dock for the iPhone 5C, which requires a slightly different shape to perfectly match the lower-cost phone's curved plastic back.

Both docks are $30, and both will be available when the phones go on sale on September 20th.

They have Lightning connectors in the dock's recessed pocket. You can connect the dock to your computer via a USB-to-Lightning cable and use it to sync and charge your phone, or you can connect the dock directly to an electrical outlet using the power adapter that comes with the phone. There's also a line-out jack on the back of the docks – the headphone jack on the iPhone is now on the bottom, next to the Lightning port, so you cover the jack by placing the phone in a dock. This line-out jack lets you hook up headphones or speakers while docked.

The new phones were announced at the company's media event in Cupertino on Tuesday, but the docks were not. They only showed up in the Apple online store after the event ended.
