Moon Calendar update brings iPhone 6/6Plus compatibility and new features

App-dicted
February 26, 2015

Moon Calendar has recently been updated with new features and bug fixes. The app features Retina display support and allows you to view moon calendar information for any month and any location. You can view moonrise, moonset, sunrise, and sunset times from a gorgeously-rendered interface. You can also find out the exact time a full moon, new moon, first quarter moon, or last quarter moon is coming. You can find the elevation and azimuth of the moon at any time, save multiple locations, and search for addresses by street address, ZIP code or GPS coordinates.

The update includes new reminders to set alerts for the full moon and other events. On the iPhone, the app now displays the moon calendar in full height, instead of half the screen with the picker view on the bottom taking up valuable screen space. There are also bug fixes, added support for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus devices, and the inclusion of high resolution images. The app is also now compatible with iOS 8.x, and developer Rivolu Pte. Ltd says more features are coming.

Moon Calendar is designed for both iPhone and iPad as a universal app, and is available for $0.99 on the App Store.
