Germany-based graphic designer Eric Huismann has mocked up how an Apple-manufactured drone quadrocopter may look. The stylishly curved concept sports an 'iSight camera' shooting in 4K and 60fps in each arm to capture aerial shots. Credit: Eric Huisman / http://www.quadrocopter.org/test

The cameras could be used to stream real-time recordings directly to YouTube or fellow iOS or OS X users, or for single static photographs, he says. Credit: Eric Huisman / http://www.quadrocopter.org/test

Apple has never publicly expressed any interest in moving into drone design and manufacture, but Amazon, Facebook and Google's growing investment in the sphere suggests it's a direction many other technology giants may move into in the future. Credit: Eric Huisman / http://www.quadrocopter.org/test
