It took more than 24 hours, but finally, users in this country (and I presume others) can now donate to the Nepal Earthquake efforts via the IRC link in the iTunes store here.

I tried a number of links yesterday and each time the attempts were declined. Now users here can donate directly from iTunes and I was able to do this immediately myself.

Update: this finally appeared Tuesday evening and I was able at last to make a donation
