As a result of the sudden surge in India’s cloud technology space, the International Business Machines Corporation(IBM), has finalised moves to cash in on the growing market.
Plans underway to setup new data centre in India
IBM plans to setup the data centre to handle the rising cloud requirements in the area.
IBM India Managing Director Vanitha Narayanan said “We are looking at setting up another public cloud data centre. As you know, sectors like government and financial services prefer their data residing within the country.”
The International Corporation will be joining the lists of companies like Microsoft, who have moved to India.
