    NEW DELHI: Shares of Persistent Systems surged over 10 per cent in Monday's trade after the company said it is working in partnership with global technology giant IBM to improve and transform engineering processes and integrated consulting services via the IBM Watson Internet of Things platform.

    Reacting to the news, the scrip gained 15.5 per cent to hit a high of Rs 796 on the BSE. The stock has gained over 14 per cent this calendar so far.
