The Dow's Biggest Laggard: Apple

The Dow hit new record highs this week, but not all of its components are faring so well.

Much-loved, and widely-held Apple is the Dow's biggest laggard since the index last reached record highs in May of 2015.

The stock's poor performance coupled with slowing iPhone sales and ongoing China concerns may have some investors wondering if it's time to ditch the name.

As Apple prepares to report earnings next week, the "Halftime Report" experts debated if you should buy the stock.
