1.) Go to the Settings app.

2.) In the Settings app, scroll down until you see see the “Safari” menu option. Tap that.

3.) Scroll down the Safari menu until you see a blue link labeled “Clear History and Website Data.” Tap that.

4.) You’ll see a pop-up window appear with a link to tap to “Clear History and Data.” You’ll see a warning that “Clearing will remove history, cookies, and other browsing data.” Plus, “History will be cleared from devices signed into your iCloud account.”

5.) Tap the “Clear History and Data” link to clear the information from the Safari Cache. (Or tap “Cancel” if you’ve changed your mind.)

That’s all it takes. your browsing history, cookies, and cache data has been cleared from your Safari browser. Although your browsing history has been removed, your reading list and bookmarks are all intact.
