Intel ANZ bolsters channel team with two new hires

Intel has bolstered its Australian and New Zealand channel team with two new business development manager hires.

First is Dino Strkljevic, a well-known figure in the competitive overclocking community, where he has broken numerous world records.

Prior to joining Intel, Strkljevic was the marketing manager for Gigabyte in Australia and New Zealand overseeing all of its marketing activities, as well as working with channel partners and enthusiasts, running events and contributing to research and product development. He brings 20 years of experience in the IT industry in sales and marketing to Intel.

The other new business development manager is Rocielle Barandino, who will be based out of Melbourne. Barandino joined Intel in 2016 in Malaysia, working with the inside sales team for APJ. She brings more than a decade of experience to the role, including insides sales roles with Dell and Lenovo.

The vendor said in a statement that Strkljevic and Barandino would work with channel partners across Intel's product portfolio including gaming products, NUCs, SSDs and Intel Core processors. They will also help expand Intel's data-centric businesses such as server products, IoT solutions and storage.
