How to Build a Tilt-shift Plugin for Final Cut Pro X

In this tutorial, we build a Tilt-shift plugin for Final Cut Pro X from scratch.

By using the blur filters in Motion, we can construct a very flexible tilt-shift effect with On Screen Controls and adjustable, rigged blurred areas. A photographic technique perfect for turning arial shots into miniatures!
