Last week, Microsoft released Windows 10 build 18351 to the Fast Ring with a range of fixes, and yesterday, that build made its way to the Slow Ring as well. Now, as usual, the company has released an equivalent build of the Windows 10 SDK to Insiders, and again, it comes without much in the way of major changes.
The changelog lists all the same changes as we've seen in previous SDK releases, but there is one notable new item, which is actually a removal. The IAppxPackageReader2 interface has been removed from appxpackaging.h, and Microsoft suggests that developers either drop it altogether or move to IAppxPackageReader instead.
As has been the case for all SDK Preview builds, you can use it alongside older versions of the SDK, as long as the apps you submit to the Microsoft Store only target public versions of Windows 10. You'll need Visual Studio 2017 or newer to use this SDK, though, and you'll need to be running Insider builds in the 19H1 branch, which is now available in all Insider Rings except Release Preview.
You can download Windows 10 SDK Preview build 18351 from the Windows Insider website. To go along with the new SDK Preview, there are also new preview builds for the Assessment and Deployment Kit (ADK), Windows Driver Kit (WDK), and the Hardware Lab Kit (HLK).
