New Work Suits: Fired Oracle Worker Alleges Sex, Age, Leave Bias

Oracle Corp. was accused of wrongfully terminating an application sales representative because of her sex and age and in retaliation for taking a medical leave of absence, according to the complaint she filed in federal court.

The lawsuit is among about 420 new labor and employment cases filed March 10-16, down from 437 the previous week.
