The ULTIMATE selfie phone? Apple's next generation of iPhones 'will have THREE cameras on the back', leaked photos show
- Apple yet to even confirm iPhone 11 will be released in September as expected
- Smartphone case maker Olixar released pictures of camera protectors this week
- Unknown if pictures are legit, but Apple send out specifications ahead of time
- Current phones have two cameras, used in portrait mode for professional snaps
Apple's latest trio of iPhones could have three cameras on the back, according to leaked photos.
Smartphone case maker Olixar released pictures of camera protectors reportedly for the iPhone 11, 11 Max, and 11R earlier this week.
The snaps show three cameras on two of the phones, and two cameras - like the iPhone X - on the iPhone 11R, which should have a lower price tag.
Apple are yet to even confirm the release of the next generation of iPhones, but if it is in line with previous years they should hit the market in September.
The iPhone XS currently has dual 12MP wide-angle and telephoto cameras - both of which are used during 'portrait' mode, which gives the user professional-looking snaps by blurring the background but keeping the subject sharp.

On its own, the wide-angle camera is used to take in a larger amount of the scene without needing to turn the photo into a panorama.
The telephoto lens is used for taking photographs of subjects from far away.
On the new release, it is believed the cameras will be normal, telephoto, and wide-angle, but this has not been confirmed.
It is not known if the leaked snaps are legitimate, but case makers are often given the specifications for new phones ahead of their release to ensure they have accessories ready for sale on launch day.
The leak comes as experts claimed the new range of iPhones could cost up to £435 more than the current latest model.
The US-China trade war could see Apple's production costs spiralling out of control, thus more expensive for the customer.
The majority of Apple's gadgets are made in China, but the trade war means Apple may be forced to move production elsewhere.
Foxconn, which manufactures many of Apple's phones, also said it could move production out of China if the US puts more tariffs on the country.
