New Work Suits: Northrop Grumman, IBM Hit With Leave Bias Claims

Northrop Grumman Corp. and IBM Corp. were each accused of Family and Medical Leave Act violations in two lawsuits filed in federal courts.

The cases are among about 531 labor and employment complaints filed June 23-29, an increase from 504 the previous week.
