Listen to this articleSeeking to fill dozens of positions at its Client Innovation Center in Baton Rouge, IBM is heading to New Orleans with a job fair focused on veterans.
The fair is set for Aug. 10 in the third-floor ballroom of the Hilton New Orleans Riverside at 2 Poydras St. from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Interviews will take place on-site.
A news release said that although the event spotlights opportunities for veterans, others looking for a job in the technology field are also encouraged to attend. The company recruiting IT professionals with skills in mainframe development; full stack development; automation and mainframe testing; Xamarin; AWS; and technical business analysis.
IBM expects to fill over 50 positions.
