As thousands of people across the world have rushed to snatch up the iPhone 11, many have noticed a particularly appealing feature about the new phone. 

While the tech giant has boasted that the cameras will allow fans better photo capabilities than ever before, many users have noticed how it makes objects appear bigger. 

The iPhone 11 Pro and Pro Max models come with wide and ultra-wide angle cameras, thanks to a 2x telephoto lens, and people have been putting the functions to the test with rather cheeky intentions.  

Sharing a photos of an elongated banana in a now-viral tweet, South Florida-based Twitter user Jeremy Judkins said of the new lens: 'The ultra wide iPhone camera gonna make my Tinder DMs lit.'

The original tweet - which featured a very naughty-looking picture of a peeled banana - quickly went viral, racking up more than 11,300 likes and 2,300 retweets, prompting Jeremy to share a couple of other photos of the fruit, this time peeled, but still using the same effect.  

Dozens of Twitter users re-shared Jeremy's images, while sharing their own thoughts on the impressive capabilities of the new iPhone lens.  

'Can confirm: iPhone 11's ultra wide angle lens is gonna have a biiiiig impact on the way we take di- uhh banana pics,' one user wrote. 

Another person joked: 'This is the best advert for the iPhone,' while someone else commented: 'D*** pics will be on a whole new level'.

'You know what, that's the best ad Apple can ever have for the new iPhone,' another person said.

One user warned: 'Careful, new iPhone has a wicked camera and if a banana looks this big... just saying.'  

Another user cautioned any men hoping to use the iPhone lens to deceive potential dates on apps: 'But you ain't gonna get laid when they see the "real thing" live.' 

'Amaze them now disappoint them later,' someone else joked. 

Jeremy also revealed that a fellow Twitter user even messaged him to ask for instructions on how to put the effect to use. 

'Yo how do I do the thing to make s**t bigger,' the anonymous user wrote to Jeremy in a screen grab of the conversation. 'I got the iPhone 11.'

Jeremy then replied to share information, explaining: 'You just do the wide angle camera ".5" and you gotta put it really close to the object you want to be bigger.' 

'Thanks,' the person replied, before cheekily adding: 'My s**t 2 inches so now I can say that s**t [is] like 8.'
