Apple released iOS 13.2.3 on November 18, and as is traditional, the Cupertino firm has now stopped signing iOS 13.2.2, making downgrading to that version of iOS no longer possible.
iOS 13.2.2 was a bug fix update that fixed the poor RAM management in iOS 13.2 and iPadOS 13.2, caused apps like Safari, YouTube, and other apps to need to reload more often when they’re reopened, leading to numerous complaints. The update also fixes other bugs and provides performance improvements.
Apple is known to stop signing older versions of operating systems after it releases a public update, as part of an effort to encourage users to keep their devices’ operating systems up to date.
iOS 13.2.3 is the current public version of iOS, and was another bug fix update that included fixes for search, the Messages apps, background downloading, Mail, and more.
iOS 13.3 is currently in beta, and is being tested by developers and public beta testers. The upcoming update introduces Communication Limits for Screen Time.
