FreeScore iPhone App Enables Two New Services:
1. Access to All 3 Credit Scores; 2. Calculation of Mortgage Rates Based on Personal Credit Scores

FreeScore’s New iPhone App Does it All -- Available for Immediate Download at http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/freescore/id421078931?mt=8

NORWALK, Conn.--()--For the first time ever, iPhone® users have on-the-go access to their three credit scores and reports, one from each of the three major credit bureaus: Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. Plus, for the first time, iPhone users can use their actual credit scores to calculate mortgage rates. It's all made possible by FreeScore.com, a leading online consumer credit score service. The newly-released FreeScore iPhone app is available for free and immediate download on the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch at http://bit.ly/ibmwZ4.

The FreeScore iPhone app is particularly beneficial to real estate agents, thanks to its quick, easy-to-use mortgage section. The mortgage section provides access to current interest rates, homes for sale, and estimated refinancing rates. While LendingTree’s Mortgage RateFinder app offers mortgage rate calculations based on credit score approximations, only the FreeScore.com iPhone app offers a rate calculation based on the consumer's actual credit score.

In addition, the Find a Home section allows consumers and real estate agents alike to run calculations to determine which homes prospective buyers can and cannot afford.

The FreeScore iPhone app also features the latest credit news and allows users to compare their credit scores to others by ZIP code.

Although the app's full benefits are for FreeScore.com members, non-members can enter their credit scores manually to take full advantage of its various tools, including the mortgage rate predictor, home finder, and credit score comparison. Learn more about the FreeScore iPhone app.

According to Carrie Coghill, director of consumer education for FreeScore.com, “FreeScore.com is excited to offer our members a mobile touchpoint to help track their credit and make sure there are no surprises. Plus, the practical applications are endless. For example, you can see your credit scores as you're applying for a car loan -- or even see if the house you're standing in is affordable."
