MainStage Update Addresses Crashes, Bugs

Apple released MainStage 2.2.2 Tuesday evening with fixes for a long list of issues including stability problems OS X 10.7.4 users were experiencing. MainStage is Apple’s sound effects and virtual instrument application for live performances.

The version 2.2.2 update fixed stability issues when loading concerts, fixed a crash when a second mapping was assigned to a screen control that already had a mapping assigned, improved VAX-77 keyboard compatibility, corrected a problem where EXS instrument files weren’t visible when stored in aliased folders, and more.

MainStage is priced at US$29.99 and is available at Apple’s Mac App Store. The 2.2.2 update is available for free.
