Are Apple's legal woes biting it?

Is industry giant Apple losing it's bite?

Earlier this week, the US firm was slapped with a $2.3m (£1.5m) fine in Australia for its claims on 4G capabilities of the iPad.

In addition, a court in the Netherlands ruled Apple had infringed on a patent held by South Korea's Samsung, relating to the way phones and tablet PCs connect to the internet.

It asked Apple to pay damages to Samsung for the same.

James Rooney, chairman and chief executive at Market Force, told the BBC's Asia Business Report that these latest legal tangles may not be worth the time and money.
