ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Lingraphica today introduced a family of therapy apps for downloading to Apple iPads that feature proprietary content, media and learning methods to help adults with aphasia and apraxia regain basic skills that facilitate restoration of speech comprehension and expression.
The TalkPath™ Suite of Speech Therapy Apps bundles sound, recorded voices, graphic icons, and animations that stimulate learning processes to lead patients through graduated reading, writing, speaking, and listening exercises. Content of the four robust apps incorporates findings from comprehensive testing of adults with aphasia into generally accepted speech therapy practices.
Lingraphica unveiled the new therapy apps today at the American Speech-Language Hearing Association Convention at Atlanta’s Georgia World Congress Center, Nov. 15-17.

TalkPath Apps, whose titles include Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening, are free to try by downloading from the App Store at http://www.apple.com/itunes. These trial apps feature multiple exercises with five sample tasks at three levels – easy, medium and hard.
In-app purchases are available within each of the four apps and provide users with a complete set of tasks, up to 150 per exercise. The price for each full app is $27.99, which includes quarterly updates at no cost.
