Panic's New iPad App Could Be A Status Board For Our Lives

April 9, 2013
Panic, the folks behind Coda 2 for Mac and Diet Coda for iPad, are planning to launch something new for Apple's tablets. The heavily teased new app launches tomorrow, April 10. The new title is likely to be an iPad version of Panic’s Status Board, according to iDownloadBlog. Panic first teased the Status Board in 2010. At the time, it was being used internally and included an email queue, countdowns, and other information important to Panic employees. The company has yet to officially announce that the app announced tomorrow is, in fact, an iPad version of Status Board. However, Web developer Will Smidlein believes that it is. On Twitter, he concludes that Panic’s dashboard app will include weather information, social streams, stats, and more. He also discovered an unprotected app screenshot on Panic’s Web site, which we've included here. Whatever Panic announces this week, we'll be here to let you know about it.
