Apple launches Back to School Program, includes iPhones

Every summer Apple rolls out a Back to School program geared towards college students. Parents can also buy as well as education staff of any grade level. Like recent years buyers can get a gift card when purchasing a qualifying product. For Macs, this is on top of already discounted education prices. A while back Apple was giving out rebates on an iPod touch, but last few have been iTunes cards.

This year if you buy a Mac you can get a $100 App Store card. If you buy and iPhone or iPad, you can get a $50 card. The iPhone is a recent addition to the program, where before it was only Macs and then recently added on iPads.

Purchases can be made online or at an Apple retail or authorized store, including campus stores. Apple is also offering up to 18 months financing. Purchases must be made by September 6, 2013.
