Today the mobile application ‘What’s the Question’ became available to download free of charge in the Apple iTunes store.

The app is designed around asking relevant questions when user is presented with a picture. The value of the knowledge we acquire and the effectiveness of the actions we take depend on the quality of the questions we ask.

Relevant questions open the door to creativity and breakthrough thinking. The great are distinguished by asking, not answering questions.

The player is presented with images and in turn formulates questions based on what they see (factual), what they consider the image category or properties to be and where it may be found or used (concept/context). Each screenshot contains a picture and a text field with twenty (20) words.  Form a question relevant to the picture on screen. Once selected, the words in the required question change colour. The pace of the game increases as you advance to new levels.

The app is available in English and in a few days will be available in simplified Chinese. 'What’s the Question' has been developed by ThinkFest Consulting, an educational media business partnership in Ontario, Canada.
