Sprint cuts $100 of new iPhones for new customers


Looks like Sprint will offer the iPhone 5c and 5s at a steep discount, if you're willing to switch carriers. Those moving to Sprint are eligible for $100 discount, making the 16 GB 5c free with contract and the 5s for $99. You can also pick up a 16 GB 4s for free with contract, although that doesn't see like much of a deal in comparison. The discount comes in the way of a $100 instant credit.

Over the course of two years, the promotion only comes to about $4 per month. So if you're not looking to switch, in the long run that $100 probably isn't the biggest factor in choosing a carrier.
