Customers getting refunds for recent iWork/iLife iOS app purchases

MacRumors is reporting that Apple is issuing credits to eligible customers who purchased Pages, Numbers, Keynote, iMovie, or iPhoto. Apple sells the apps in the App Store for $4.99-$9.99, however, new customers buying a new iPhone/iPad/iPod can now get the apps for free.

It seems that if you purchased these apps after September 1 and have since bought an eligible iOS 7 device, Apple will credit you for that purchase. That credit will show up on your iTunes account balance. An eligible device is a new iPad, iPhone, or 5th Generation iPod touch.

If you bought the apps prior to September, you probably should expect any credits.
