14 DAY TRIAL // A short while ago, Intel launched HD Graphics 3000/2000 Driver Version 15.28.20.3347. Now the Iris 5000/5200 and HD Graphics 2500/4000/4200/4400/4600/5000 get an update.
Package version 15.33.8.3345 contains graphics 10.18.10.3345, Display Audio 6.16.0.3129 and OpenCL drivers, Intel Media SDK, as well as the Graphics Control Panel.
New features that come with this release are native Miracast support for wireless streaming on Windows 8.1 through Intel WiDi and DirectX 9 optimizations.
The isssues fixed include the display corruption seen when capturing video with Windows 8.1 operating system camera application with stabilization turned on, black screen occurring when resuming from an automatic monitor off scenario and driver crash caused while minimizing the Minecraft window.
Intel recommends that you update several applications in order to avoid unexpected issues. Some of the titles mentioned include 3DMark11, Batman Arkham City, Mafia 2, Company of Heroes and HomeFront.
