Say hello to the beautiful Apple 'iWatch Sport' concept

August 13, 2014

The folks over at iPhoneSoft have released a interesting new concept for an “iWatch Sport.”

Featuring an 800 mAh battery, the wearable device has an LED display, A6 processor, and includes Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and NFC connectivity. The watch is described as affordable, and has a battery that can last for five days before it needs recharging.

Not surprisingly, the iWatch Sport comes with iOS 8 preinstalled, and uses Apple’s “slide to unlock” concept. You also swipe the notification to read a text message or answer a call.

You do the same on the notification to read a text message or answer a call. The watch also features Siri, Apple’s voice assistant.

Personally, I hope that Apple’s actual “iWatch” uses a circular design like the Moto 360.

Nonetheless, I do like the iPhoneSoft concept. The watch looks modern, its interface familiar. A perfect choice for active adults.

The iWatch is likely to make its debut in the coming weeks or months. The device is expected to play a huge role in Apple’s new HealthKit initiative, which was first announced in June.
