If you're having trouble with your T-Mobile iPhone, you're not the only one.

A number of the so-called un-carrier's iPhone customers are complaining about random restarts and the dreaded blue screen of death. Users have taken to social media and Apple's support communities to report the issues and try to crowd-source a solution.

"So this morning my iPhone 6 (4 months old) started just randomly restarting itself every 20-30 minutes or so," one Reddit user wrote on Wednesday. "I wasn't even using it most of the time, it was in my pocket at work (could tell because of lock screen that indicated I needed to enter my pin after a restart as opposed to finger ID). At one point I was texting my SO about it, the screen turned blue for maybe 2 seconds and it restarted."

The person said the same thing started happening to their partner's phone, and that they're both T-Mobile customers. Dozens of others have chimed in to say they are experiencing similar issues with their T-Mobile iPhones.

According to MacRumors, the issue has been affecting the iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus ( at Amazon), and the iPhone 5s devices running iOS 8, iOS 8.1 and iOS 8.3.

T-Mobile did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

If you're having this problem, there are a few things you can do to try to fix it. Some users have been able to remedy it by doing a hard reset (simultaneously holding down the home and lock keys and waiting for the phone to restart), while others said that disabling Wi-Fi calling for a couple minutes does the trick.

This isn't the first time iPhones have been hit with the blue screen of death. In 2013, a number of Phone 5s owners saw the dreaded blue screen after using certain apps.
