Looking to promote your latest business or social venture on social media? Or perhaps you just want to jazz up an insightful quote and share it with all your followers. Now you can create eye-catching graphics without any design experience, thanks to Adobe.

The software giant on Thursday released a free iOS app, dubbed Post, which "allows anyone to turn photos and text into beautifully designed graphics and share them on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram in seconds." Create inspirational quotes, event invites, email newsletter graphics, announcement posters, blog banners, business graphics, or just add text to photos.

Built by the makers of Photoshop and Illustrator, Post offers a range of professionally designed templates you can easily tweak and share. Just pick a photo from your camera roll, add some text, apply Adobe's design filters and voila.

"Each tap gives you completely new layouts, color palettes, typography styles, and photo filters," according to the app's description.

Just in case you don't have anything suitable in your camera roll, the app offers access to half a million high-quality photos you can use as backgrounds. There's also an "inspiration wall" inside the app to give you some ideas. Another handy feature — Post automatically saves your designs, so you can go back and reuse them later with a new photo and text.

"If you have a point of view, a cause you want to promote, or just want to express an idea, give Post a whirl," Adobe said.
