The D2000 is aimed at applications that require long battery life, such as wearable sensors and RFID tags.
The 32MHz, 32-bit microcontroller contains 32kbyte of flash and 8kbyte of SRAM and there are 25 general-purpose inputs and outputs (GPIOs).
Designed to process data gathered from sensors and then to communicate through a wireless interface the chip has 19 analogue comparators and 19 channels for analogue-to-digital converters (ADCs). It has also two PWM channels.
The operating temperature range is -40 to +85 deg C, an operating range of 2.0 – 3.3Vdc.
It comes with a full Intel x86 instruction set architecture.
Likely applications include smart tags and readers, sensor and device controllers, display controllers, and motor controllers.
