Intel has made available a new version of its Ethernet Connections CD, namely build 20.7.1, which comes along with separate Network Adapter drivers compatible with most of Microsoft’s Windows platforms.

In terms of changes, the present update adds support for Intel’s I219-LM and I219-V Ethernet Connections, and might also implement some minor fixes that will slightly improve the overall system performance.

To be clear about the downloadable packages, the producer has provided several executables suitable for both 32- and 64-bit variants of Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10 operating systems, as well as for the 64-bit architectures of Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012, and 2012 R2 OSes.

In addition to that, Intel has also made available the Ethernet CD archive which includes all Ethernet network drivers and software compatible with most of Microsoft’s Windows and Server operating systems, as well as with currently supported Linux and FreeBSD platforms.

However, take into account that this archive is recommended for users who need all drivers for all platforms in a single file. Also, you might want to use a download manager, as the file size is large (over 245mb).

Therefore, either download Intel Ethernet Connections CD 20.7.1 or download Intel Network Adapter Driver 20.7.1, install it, make sure to reboot your system to allow all changes to take effect, and constantly check our website to be aware when a newer version is available.
