Textura Corp. (TXTR) announced Thursday morning that it has agreed to be acquired by Oracle Corp. (ORCL) for $26.00 per share in cash, approximately $663 million.
Textura gapped open dramatically higher Thursday, but moved in a narrow range throughout the session. The stock closed up by 6.11 at $26.00 on the highest volume of the year. Textura leaped to a 5 1/2 month high.
