"Ever since upgrading my iPhone 4S from iOS 6.1.1 to 6.1.2 a few days ago I have noticed I have to charge my phone more often. It seems I can barely make it through the day now without having to recharge, and that's with the phone just on standby (i.e. little activity or use). It could have started with 6.1.1, but I doubt it. The fact that it is so noticeable now and I'm actually writing MacInTouch means something is not right and it seems related to 6.1.2 and at the very least the iPhone 4S. I remember this happening to me with the 3GS and iOS 4. History repeats. Anyone else having similar experiences out there with this configuration?" MacInTouch 11:57 AM

"Got a failure updating my Airport Extreme, too. Did the update using my iPhone. Got the error at the end. Airport now reports the update firmware and is working fine. Probably has something to do with losing connection to the Airport when it reboots." MacInTouch 11:56 AM
