"The past few days, on my iMac running Mountain Lion, I have repeatedly been presented the dialog: 'Finder wants to make changes. Type your password to allow this.' The button choices are 'Cancel' and 'OK.' So far, I have hit Cancel each time it has appeared. First, I rarely use Finder; I am a Path Finder fan. Second, I would like more information about the 'changes' Finder wants to make before allowing them. Has anyone else seen this? Any advice will be appreciated." MacInTouch 10:04 AM
