Not only white flashes, but spinning pizza/beachballs for several seconds on nearly every switch from one tab to the next. And scrolling either doesn't work or is very jerky until the page finishes 'refreshing' when a different tab is chosen. Seems that switching from tab-to-tab forces a page refresh every time.
